The vehicle will not turn over without your foot on the brake.

The Red Stop Button can turn and lock in the off position - causing the vehicle to not turn over.

Gasoline is "Gravity Fed" - pumping the gas - even 1 or 2 times before turning the key - will cause the vehicle to flood.
