As you will read and experience, life is really better at S2S. Our off road vehicles have a full one year warranty from the front to back and everywhere in between.
First, let us tell you that the warranty on our products lets you get going faster and longer because you pick the shop, you pick the mechanic, and you get the piece of mind you deserve when buying quality.
The reason behind why our warranty works this way is because we want you to have the best powersports vehicle on the planet and we cannot do that without your help.
We at S2SPowersports believe: if you have a problem and a warranty that stands behind you when call us to make things right. You get you to your favourite trail faster and, in turn we can build a better buggy because we keep abreast of problems that you and others are having which helps us build a buggy that will last you well into the future.
The reason behind you picking the repair and mechanic is quite simple as we have experience with folks like yourself transfering from quads or motorcycles to a safer alternative, so you already know the best mechanic in town. Its our theory that you know more in your town than we do searching the internet for a mechanic that may only have been in business for a couple months. We do not know who is best in your town and we are betting YOU DO.
Our offroad gokart works like our warranty...Its a well oiled machine. Put simply, when you have a problem simply send us a photo and documentation on what caused the trouble to begin with, IE speed, conditions, and the nature of the problem. Within 48 hours, we will contact you with details on the next step. We will require that you take your buggy to your mechanic and have him send an estimate on the work to be done. At that time we will fax back an OK to have the work done. When the invoice arrives, we will settle it.

How Warranty Repairs Work:

1. Tell us what happened and email us some pictures.
2. Take your buggy to your local Power Sports Repair Shop.
3. Fax us a copy of the estimate - listing the parts needed and labor costs.
4. We ship the parts directly to the repair shop.
5. We pay the labor costs.
6. You take your buggy home quickly!
